Ralph W. Carrasquillo

After graduating from the University of South Florida in 1988, I chose to make Tampa Bay my home. Right after college, my entrepreneurial journey began, leading me to establish successful ventures and make my first property investment in 1989. This ignited a lasting passion for real estate.

My transition to Commercial Real Estate in 2001 was a turning point, and in 2011, I founded iQ Commercial, a testament to my commitment to the industry and my clients’ success.

No transaction is too big or small; I simply love helping people achieve real estate success. My dedication to real estate isn’t just a job; it’s a personal calling. Every interaction is rooted in authenticity, and I’m genuinely invested in helping my clients thrive. Building trust-based relationships and achieving results are what drive me.
